Purpose of the role
Support our Sports Business Unit in bringing product and category strategies to life across South East Europe, gaining hands-on experience in category management, go-to-market processes and commercial planning while collaborating with teams across the business.
What you will do
- Support the Category (Go-To-Market) Team in preparing and organizing European and Global Business Unit materials for key seasonal go-to-market milestones.
- Assist with seasonal category planning and the execution of key initiatives across South East Europe.
- Coordinate the product sample ordering process together with your manager and in line with Marketing Operations guidelines.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other internal teams to collect and analyze sell-in and sell-through data.
- Support the monitoring of key performance indicators for assigned product categories and contribute to regular reporting and analysis.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior to provide insights that support category planning.
- Help prepare presentations, reports and other materials for seasonal meetings and business reviews.
- Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to develop an understanding of how product, brand and commercial strategies come together across the adidas business.
Skills you will need
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or another relevant field.
- Strong interest in sports, fashion, products and the sportswear industry.
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with commercial and market data.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to further develop your skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage different tasks and priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for working with different teams.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and a proactive approach to new challenges.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the internship, you should:
- Be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship, or be in a gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's degree.
- Ideally be in the final year of your studies, with a maximum of one year remaining until graduation following the internship.
- Be available for the full duration of the six-month internship.
