- Assist the Sales team with administrative and coordination duties, including attendance tracking, payroll-related submissions, leave monitoring, and departmental documentation.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, and sales reports.
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate site inspections and client visits.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of group bookings and events.
- Monitor and update sales activities in hotel systems.
- Support the preparation of monthly sales forecasts and reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or a Coordinator role within hospitality or a related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
