JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and brand initiatives for FAENA. The role assists in delivering integrated campaigns, managing content and communications, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring all marketing activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with the resort's luxury brand standards and commercial objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and follow up on day-to-day marketing activities, projects, and integrated campaigns across all channels.
  • Assist in developing, organizing, and distributing marketing content and materials for digital, social media, print, and on-property platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal hotel departments, external agencies, designers, photographers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure alignment on creative and production requirements.
  • Support the planning and execution of social media content and digital marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure all projects and campaigns are completed on schedule.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, brand activations, photoshoots, and media engagements.
  • Maintain and organize marketing files, photography, videos, brand assets, brand guidelines, and digital content libraries.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and basic marketing performance/campaign updates, including competitor benchmarking.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of printed materials, signage, and promotional collateral.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities align with the hotel's luxury brand guidelines and identity standards.
  • Track campaign budgets, invoices, and vendor documentation in coordination with finance teams.
  • Support PR initiatives including media requests, press kits, and influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and guest insights to support marketing strategy.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or hospitality-related coordination roles.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content management/CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Canva for simple design creation and edits.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with additional design tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
