As Public Relations Manager, you will develop and execute the hotel’s Public Relations strategy, manage media relationships, oversee high-impact events, and ensure consistent internal and external communication aligned with brand and corporate standards.

You will act as the guardian of the hotel’s public image — protecting it, elevating it, and amplifying it.

Public Relations Strategy & Planning

  • Establish and manage a yearly (or half-yearly) PR action plan and budget

  • Drive proactive PR initiatives to maximize brand exposure

  • Align property-level PR with corporate direction and brand standards

Media Relations

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and media representatives

  • Draft and approve press releases, media pitches and PR materials

  • Organize press conferences, interviews and media appearances

  • Host press cocktails and press lunches at the hotel

  • Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign performance

Events & Brand Activation

  • Lead preparation, organization and follow-up of PR events

  • Represent the hotel at conferences, exhibitions and industry events

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support Rooms, F&B and Banquet sales through PR initiatives

Crisis Communication

  • Develop crisis communication strategies
