Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Strategist with 3–5 years’ experience in the Life Sciences industry to join our Accenture Song team in Dublin.
You will shape not only what content our clients create, but why it exists and how it is planned, produced, governed and measured. The work spans two connected fronts: defining insight-led content strategies for marketing and engagement campaigns, and advising clients on the processes, operating models and technologies behind their content.
You are fluent in the omnichannel ecosystem within Life Sciences and its regulatory and commercial realities, and you can translate complex science, data and constraints into clear strategies that drive measurable business and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define omnichannel content strategies that connect client business objectives with the needs of their customers
- Run content audits turning findings into prioritised, actionable recommendations`
- Advise clients on their content operating model; the processes, roles and workflows across planning, creation, medical legal review, localisation and reuse
- Create the artefacts that make strategy usable: content frameworks, messaging architectures, taxonomies, tone of voice and governance documentation
- Facilitate discovery and co-creation workshops, building alignment across marketing, medical, digital and compliance stakeholders
- Write clear, compelling and compliant copy where the work calls for it, from campaign platforms to disease awareness and HCP engagement content
- Define measurement frameworks and KPIs, using performance data to optimise content and inform future strategy
- Collaborate with experience strategy, creative, scientific, digital and delivery teams so strategic intent survives execution
- Contribute content thinking to pitches, proposals and POVs
- 3–5 years’ experience as a content strategist, ideally within a creative or consulting-led agency
- Experience in Life Sciences, pharma or healthcare, with a working understanding of codes of practice and medical legal review
- Ability to produce content strategy documentation, including audits, gap analyses, taxonomies, playbooks and governance frameworks
- Exposure to modular content or content supply chain approaches, and to the tools used to plan, produce, approve and distribute content at scale
- Copywriting experience, or experience working closely with scientific content, and the ability to turn complex data into stories that resonate
- Confidence facilitating workshops and leading discussions with clients and colleagues
- Curiosity about how AI is changing content planning, creation, tagging and optimisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
