Are you an experienced marketing professional who enjoys connecting strategy with execution across multiple markets? We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join Arrow and play a key role in coordinating marketing activities across the region.
In this role, you will work closely with country marketing teams, sales organizations, and EMEA and global marketing stakeholders. You will help translate broader marketing priorities into effective regional execution, while ensuring that local market needs and strong sales alignment remain at the heart of our activities.
Mission
Ensure strong orchestration of global and EMEA marketing priorities across the region by providing clear direction, coordination, leverage and support to country marketing teams, while preserving local relevance and sales alignment.
Core Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and operationalize global and EMEA priorities into regional execution and amplification. Orchestrate structured, consistent rollout of global and EMEA campaigns, tools, and programs across countries, ensuring clarity of scope, timing, and expectations.
- Coordinate and enable country marketing delivery. Act as the primary coordination layer for country marketing teams promoting reuse, shared practices, and efficient execution across markets.
- Safeguard consistency, quality, and compliance. Ensure disciplined application of brand & compliance standards, messaging, tools, and governance to reduce risk and improve partner and vendor experience.
- Provide regional visibility on resources and performance. Consolidate insight on budgets (by vendor), capacity, and delivery performance, supporting prioritization and optimization within EMEA‑defined guardrails.
- Reinforce local sales alignment. Ensure marketing remains embedded in country sales rhythms, with strong day‑to‑day collaboration preserved and supported.
- Act as orchestration interface and escalation point. Serve as the structured feedback and escalation channel between country teams and EMEA/global marketing leadership, highlighting regional requirements, improvement opportunities, execution issues and constraints
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally within an international, regional, or matrix organization.
- Experience coordinating marketing activities across multiple countries, teams, or stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and their execution across different markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing and sales organizations.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Commercial mindset and the ability to balance regional consistency with local market requirements.
- Confidence working with budgets, performance insights, and marketing resources.
