The Opportunity
This role is designed for a highly organized coordinator who cares about language quality, brand consistency and thoughtful execution. You will support Japan marketing programs by reviewing Japanese-language content, coordinating projects and helping the team keep important operational details moving. You will also gain exposure to regional campaigns, events and cross-functional marketing discussions.
What You Will Do
- Review and proofread Japanese marketing content for accuracy, natural expression and consistency with Arrow's brand voice.
- Support brand-related requests and work with internal teams or vendors to maintain quality through final delivery.
- Maintain project timelines, track actions and follow up with owners to keep campaigns and deliverables moving.
- Support Workfront submissions, approvals, documentation, asset handoffs and basic performance reporting.
- Participate in marketing meetings.
- Support webinars, exhibitions and regional events, including schedules, materials, vendors and on-site coordination when needed.
- Assist with invoices, vendor documentation and other detailed operational work; help improve recurring processes and templates.
Growth opportunity: As experience and business knowledge develop, the coordinator may take greater ownership of selected workstreams and contribute to localized campaign planning, based on performance and business needs.
