We are seeking a motivated and analytical performance marketing professional to support the growth of our affiliate marketing programs. Affiliates are a fast-growing channel for NOBULL, and this role will be critical in bringing forward new ideas and opportunities to develop the program.

This role will focus on managing affiliate partners, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting budget and reporting processes to drive measurable results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and enjoys working with data, building partner relationships, and optimizing campaigns for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, inclusive of budgeting, optimization, asset delivery, and reporting
  • Platform ownership of Impact (our current affiliate marketing tool), and other external technology across partners as needed
  • Responsible for constant communication with affiliate partners, briefing creative needs for each partner, evaluating new opportunities, and managing bookings directly within Impact platform
  • Assist with regular reporting on performance, identifying opportunities to scale high-performing partners and improving overall channel performance
  • Responsible for optimizing spend to deliver traffic, revenue and ROAS targets. Must constantly assess performance and adjust appropriately to ensure best outcomes for the business
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with our specialist affiliate agency
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, news, emerging platform updates or technologies as it pertains to paid channels

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing affiliate campaigns
  • Previous experience working on an eCommerce retail brand either directly or through and agency
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact or similar
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, and Multi-Touch Attribution Models preferred
  • Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to manage large amount of partners and deliverables with competing priorities
  • Action-oriented mindset, with focus on achieving results
