We are looking for a driven and client-focused Senior Programmatic Account Manager to join our US National team. You will own a portfolio of brand direct and agency clients across our US Central region, acting as their primary point of contact from campaign kickoff through quarterly business reviews. You will combine deep programmatic expertise with a performance-first mindset to deliver measurable results, uncover growth opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about delivering impactful, client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

    Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Plan and execute client entertainment initiatives to enhance engagement and retention by participating in office hours, lunch & learns, and industry events.
  • Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Develop client-aligned media strategies using market trends, audience insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across open exchange and PMP formats.
  • Proactively address evolving client needs with strategic recommendations.
  • Use performance data to develop retention plans and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Campaign Execution & Support

  • Collaborate on pre-launch activities: brief reviews, creative mocks, site lists, and quality checks.
  • Maintain and manage Deal Libraries and targeting strategies.
  • Deliver ongoing performance updates, QBRs, and post-campaign wrap-ups.
  • Provide curated reporting: site lists, green PMPs, RFIs, RFPs, and campaign trackers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales and Optimization Managers to align on strategy, setup, and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and solutions teams for demos, insights, and product recommendations.
  • Subject Matter Expertise

  • Own and develop an SME project to deepen expertise in Equativ/Sharethrough capabilities and support strategic outcomes across the sales cycle.

What we're looking for

    Programmatic expertise: You have hands-on experience running and troubleshooting campaigns across the major DSP platforms and a strong grasp of how programmatic auctions, PMP deals, and programmatic guaranteed structures work in practice. When campaigns underdeliver, you know where to look and how to fix it. You can translate technical know-how into strategic guidance that clients actually understand and act on.

    Client-facing confidence: You show up prepared, communicate with clarity, and build relationships that go beyond the day-to-day. You're comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders at agencies and brands, leading strategic conversations, and handling tough questions on the spot. Clients see you as a trusted partner, not just a vendor contact, and that trust translates into long-term retention and growth.

    Organizational agility: You're someone who keeps multiple priorities moving at once without things falling through the cracks. You proactively flag issues before they escalate, set clear expectations with clients and internal teams, and follow through consistently. You communicate well in writing and in conversation, and you know how to calibrate your message depending on the audience.

You also bring

  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in large datasets using Excel or other tools to surface actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with optimization, attribution, and other facets of the ad tech ecosystem.
  • Hands-on programmatic trading and optimization experience is a plus.
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
