About the Role
Justworks is seeking a results-driven, experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to manage our critical Northeast region. You'll own the Northeast region's entire field marketing strategy and execution. This means designing campaigns that attract customers, building relationships with our sales team to close deals, and creating community around Justworks in the market. You have budget autonomy, direct influence on regional pipeline, and the freedom to experiment with what works in your territory. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Northeast sales leadership to make sure your programs are driving real results.
What You'll Do
I. Drive Local Outcomes
- Pipeline Strategy & Execution: Own the Northeast's marketing strategy and campaigns. You translate company priorities into locally relevant programs that build pipeline and accelerate sales.
- Budget Ownership & ROI: Manage your regional marketing budget. You decide where to invest for maximum impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Regional Activations: Design and execute high-impact events—customer dinners, workshops, industry conferences. You own the full execution from planning to post-event follow-up.
- Demand Generation: Build programs that reach high-intent prospects. This includes targeted campaigns, webinars for active deals, and outreach sequences.
- Partner Programs: Collaborate with partners to co-host events, share pipeline opportunities, and drive referrals that accelerate growth.
- Community & Advocacy: Build local community through user groups and customer roundtables that generate referrals and strengthen customer retention.
II. Sales Partnership
- Territory Planning: Partner with the regional Sales Manager on quarterly planning and account prioritization. You're strategically aligned from the start.
- Account Activation: Execute targeted campaigns for high-value accounts, working directly with sales on timing and messaging.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with materials, talking points, and campaign follow-up so they can close the deals you're generating.
- Lead Accountability: Own the handoff and follow-up on leads your programs generate. You stay responsible for the pipeline you create.
III. Execution & Results
- Localizing Company Campaigns: Adapt company-wide campaigns for the Northeast. You manage the regional execution of webinars, events, and campaigns.
- Consistent Execution: Execute on-brand and on-time. You maintain quality while making smart decisions for your market.
- Tracking & Optimization: Monitor what works—pipeline, ROI, conversion rates. Use the data to improve your strategy and optimize your spending.

- 5+ years in B2B field marketing executing campaigns that built pipeline. You've run events, demand gen programs, and sales-aligned initiatives.
- You think like an owner. You treat your territory as your own business. You make strategic decisions about where to invest time and money to hit goals.
- You're a strong partner to sales. You understand what helps them close deals and you collaborate closely to make it happen.
- You're organized and detail-oriented. Managing event logistics, multiple simultaneous campaigns, and follow-up processes is your strength.
- You're data-driven. You use Salesforce and marketing analytics to track ROI and continuously improve your approach.
- You communicate clearly. Written, verbal, and in presentations—you can pitch strategy to sales and present results to leadership.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $131,000.00 to $169,000.00 per year.
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
