About DualEntry
DualEntry is building the OS for finance.
Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world's largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s, with no new entrants in 30 years. DualEntry's AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk.
In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
We hire outliers. We're looking for people with a track record of accomplishing difficult things, whether through their careers or achievements outside of work. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community - because that's what it takes to reinvent a $220B industry.
Where You'll Create Impact
You'll define what DualEntry says about the future of finance that nobody else is saying. Then you'll build the proof behind it.
You'll publish original research that gets cited. Design the benchmark studies (close cycles, automation rates, AI adoption). Get the methodology right. Get the numbers defensible. Produce the report that becomes the reference in every ERP conversation.
You'll write the pieces that CFOs love. The 3,000-word teardowns of why implementations fail. The real economics of a migration. Why the ledger becomes different when it's AI-native.
You'll pull from our product data, customer interviews, public filings. Build charts to make your findings undeniable and sharable, write the 1,200 words to go with it.
You'll turn customer stories into case studies that survive procurement scrutiny. Specific before-and-after numbers.
You'll take the founders' thinking and turn it into essays, keynotes, and posts that sound like them and land.
You'll own the newsletter. Make it the thing finance leaders actually open because there's a real point of view.
What Sets You Up for Success
4+ years writing long-form B2B content for finance or technical audiences. A portfolio you'll defend line by line.
Writing with a voice. Clear, specific, opinionated. No padding.
You know finance: GAAP, the close, rev rec, consolidation. You don't need to be a CPA. You need to know when to call one.
Journalistic instincts. You interview well. You chase the specific number. You fact-check yourself.
High agency. You find the story and ship it. No handholding.
Nice to have: fintech, accounting, or ERP background · data journalism or equity research experience · a personal publication with real readership · CPA, CFA, or a finance/accounting degree
