Responsibilities:
Our Client Content Specialist team consists of supportive and goal-driven professionals who are dedicated to helping our client base find success through our diverse portfolio of communications solutions.
In this role, specialists will work directly with our clients to ensure their press releases are distributed to their desired target audience to help drive their corporate objectives. Working as a team, our specialists are the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the distribution process and act as product experts and strategists to align service offerings with a client’s communication needs. Specialists also offer recommendations on content best practices to help increase engagement and visibility.

What we are looking for:
Team player who is self-driven to exceed core metrics and department goals
Someone looking to work collaboratively with others within a hybrid work setting
An individual with a passion for customer service who finds fulfillment in helping others
A professional with a proven ability to master a product portfolio and position solutions to customers to impact revenue generation
1+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field required
BA degree in a communication-related field required
Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO and content best practices desired
Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking a plus
Overtime and holiday coverage may be required based on business needs
