We’re looking for a Junior Creative to join the US Creative Team in the end-to-end ideation and production of branded and white-label content, events and campaigns for our brand partners.
Working with a team of creatives, designers and writers, the role is integral to developing ideas, pitching them, and bringing them to life. This role is ideal for someone who has worked for 1-2 years within the publisher or creative agency space, has foundational creative skills, and who is excited to grow within a fast-paced combination agency/publisher environment delivering outstanding work to clients of all sizes.

Responsibilities:
- Understand Hypebeast’s platform and products, and use that knowledge to develop ideas and build campaigns that use our brand’s cultural acumen to produce content and experiences that exceed client expectations.
- Participate in campaign brainstorms and provide thoughtful research, moodboarding, copy drafts, or design ideas.
- Support in building pitch decks and creative materials in collaboration with strategy, production, and editorial teams.
- Assist in maintaining project clarity and communication across departments by taking notes, tracking deliverables, and sharing updates.
- Stay up to date with trends in fashion, streetwear, music, and culture to inspire creative contributions.
- Show a proactive attitude, ask questions, and take initiative in developing your creative skill set.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience as a creative, copywriter, editor or strategist at a publisher, creative agency, or similar.
- Concepting, developing and pitching campaigns aligned to client goals that fit within a specific cultural lens and make sense within a given product set.
- Utilizing provided data and client creative strategy/platforms to inform creative decision making.
- Translating top-line ideas into detailed strategy-led and/or creative-led campaigns.
- Proposing content launches strategies and campaign rollouts.
- Justifying campaign ideas and build creative arguments through research, data, and insights.
- Using past campaign performance to inform new ideas.
- Pitching ideas in an easy-to-understand and compelling way, both written and verbally to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally across sales, account, and production teams, prioritizing deliverables and deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of the Hypebeast brand as well as the landscape of contemporary youth culture, including but not limited to: fashion, art, design, music, sports.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and have experience with Adobe design suite.
