Role Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Lead to own the visual identity of everything Flowcode puts in front of the market. You will set the creative bar across every external touchpoint while managing and mentoring a small team of designers. Your scope is wide: from the pixels on flowcode.com to the banners at a live event to the merch in a client’s hands. Your work directly shapes how the world’s biggest brands experience Flowcode.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Brand Guidelines: Define and evolve Flowcode’s visual identity system. Typography, color, layout patterns, component libraries, usage rules. You are the final word on what defines Flowcode and what doesn’t.
  • Lead Digital Experience Design: Drive the visual elements of flowcode.com. Translate product narratives and business objectives into high-performing, conversion-oriented web experiences that meet Fortune 500 standards.
  • Scale Creative Across Channels: Design and systematize assets for social, paid media, and lifecycle email. Build scalable frameworks and templates that enable high-volume, on-brand creative production without sacrificing quality or speed.
  • Events and IRL Products: Design for the physical world. You understand how design translates off-screen and you sweat the production details.
  • Lead and Develop the Design Team: Manage and mentor a team of designers. Set direction, prioritize work, and elevate output through structured critiques and hands-on guidance. Operate as a player-coach, balancing individual contribution with team development and craft excellence.

Who You Are

  • 5-8+ years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or creative direction within a high-growth SaaS, enterprise tech, or consumer platform environment. Portfolio should show range across web, social, email, print, events, and branded physical products.
  • Leadership experience: You have managed and developed designers before. You know how to run effective design reviews, present creative rationale to senior leadership, and maintain quality across a team’s output.
  • Brand system fluency: Deep experience building and scaling design guidelines, component libraries, and template architectures across both digital and physical formats.
  • Tool mastery: Expert in Figma. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Comfortable with motion, light animation, and print production.
  • AI design literacy: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative workflows. You actively use these tools to move faster and you have opinions about where they work and where they don’t.
  • Speed without shortcuts: You thrive under pressure. You move fast without compromising craft. You know when to push for perfection and when to ship.

Why Flowcode

  • Category creation: Help define a new category at the intersection of offline and online identity.
  • Impact at scale: Shape experiences that touch millions of consumers across global brands.
  • Elite team: Work alongside high-caliber operators from the world’s best companies.
  • Ownership: Lead a mandate with C-level visibility and board-level impact.

Flowcode is not for everyone. We hire with a pinhole lens — only those with the rare combination of intellectual horsepower, execution velocity, and uncompromising drive will thrive here. If you are seeking to operate at the highest levels of performance and impact, we want to meet you.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - 120,000 plus equity and benefits. The role is expected to be in office 4 days a week.
