Job Description:

We have urgent openings for the position of Performance Marketer for a reputed company at  Mumbai (Vikhroli West) location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and make informed adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, targeting, and creative assets to continually improve ad performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align on ad copy and visual strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Candidates Profile:

• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, conversion optimization, and lead generation.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Skills:

• Experience with additional digital advertising platforms.
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
