In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:Β
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and more.Β
- Execution & Optimization: Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI. Manage budgets and adjust bids to ensure campaign success.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPLs, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.Β
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, and business teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.Β
- Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.Β
- Lead Generation: Drive high-quality leads and conversions through targeted paid media campaigns.
Qualifications:Β
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Β
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn).Β
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with strong ROI
- Prior work experience in the Edtech industry is a plus.Β
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for various KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS).
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Β
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing is a plus.
