- Ideally some exposure to B2B software or tech, plus platforms like HubSpot and GoToWebinar
Who this fits

You should expect to travel to events roughly five times a year. The role is hybrid out of Boston and reports to the Head of U.S. Marketing. Pay runs from 75,000 to 85,000 USD a year.

About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist, Events to own and support the execution of webinars, trade shows, conferences, customer-events and other marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.
This is a high-ownership role on a lean, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by bringing events and experiences to life. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events run smoothly and support broader company goals. Beyond event execution, this role will also contribute to wider marketing initiatives as needed. What you’ll do
- Coordinate and support the execution of in-person and digital events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and webinars
- Manage event logistics and operations, including timelines, travel coordination, vendor communication, bookings, onsite support, and post-event follow-up
- Support end-to-end webinar coordination, including scheduling, speaker communication, rehearsals, live-event support, moderation assistance, attendee engagement, and follow-up activities
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Design, customers, partners, and external vendors to ensure smooth and successful event execution
- Assist with event marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, promotional communications, social media coordination, and event-related content distribution
- Coordinate event materials and inventory, including booth assets, printed collateral, giveaways, company apparel, and shipped event supplies
- Support CRM and lead management activities related to events and webinars, including lead uploads, data organization, audience segmentation, and follow-up coordination
- Prepare post-event reporting, track event-related expenses, and help identify opportunities to improve future event performance and attendee engagement
What you’ll bring to the team
- 3 + years of experience in event marketing, marketing coordination, or a related B2B marketing role
- Background in B2B software, SaaS, or technology environments preferred
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach to working cross-functionally
- Comfortable representing the company at live events and contributing to a positive attendee experience
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot and GoToWebinar preferred
