Act as the Amplity Learning Solutions subject matter expert (SME) on introductory calls

Lead Amplity Learning Solutions pitch presentations as part of multi-component proposals

Develop and maintain active new business pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets

Develop and present proposals

Suggest strategic approaches, proposals, budgets/pricing, and presentations for use in current and prospective client interactions

Education: Bachelorβs degree from an accredited university or college
Experience: Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience working in a business development role selling consulting services and/or in the learning and development, instructional design, and/or pharmaceutical life sciences industry in roles with progressively increasing responsibilities that include either Sales and/or Business Development
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of successful sales/business development efforts
- Demonstrated ability to access key decision-makers/influencers that can drive strategy and data purchases
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly developed planning and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as SalesForce.com and LinkedIn
