Growth Roles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Own the EMEA events calendar end to end, from planning to strategy to what happens after each event
  • Run trade shows, executive dinners, hosted gatherings and community activations
  • Work with the EMEA sales team to target the right accounts and show up at the right events
  • Build the post-event follow-up motion so leads get captured and worked
  • Report on pipeline, ROI and lead conversion, then use that data to steer future spend

What you bring

  • Five to seven years in field or event marketing at a B2B company
  • Hands-on EMEA event experience, with a feel for how markets vary across the region
  • Commercial thinking and willingness to be measured against a pipeline number
  • A track record of turning single events into repeatable programs
  • Comfort juggling several programs at once in an unsettled, fast-moving setup

Who this fits

This is the first EMEA field marketing hire, so it suits someone who can build a program from scratch rather than inherit one. The role is onsite in London and expects travel up to 40% across EMEA plus occasional US trips. You should be at ease owning a number and operating where things aren't fully defined yet.
