About the Role

Cyberhaven is seeking a Senior Integrated Campaigns & Programs Manager to lead the planning, orchestration, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns and programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. This role serves as the operational hub of the growth organization, transforming strategic priorities into coordinated marketing programs across digital, SDRs, content, product marketing, customer advocacy, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to manage complex initiatives while continuously improving performance, scalability, and efficiency through AI-enabled workflows and automation. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role partners closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, Sales, SDRs, and Corporate Events to bring integrated campaigns and programs to life.

What you'll do


Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution
• Own the execution and optimization of marketing programs including webinars, nurture programs, email campaigns, content syndication, customer advocacy initiatives, and other demand generation programs

• Establish program goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks in partnership with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations

• Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution

• Scale high-performing programs across segments, industries, and target audiences

• Document learnings and establish best practices to improve repeatability and efficiency across the growth organization
Product Launches & Strategic Initiatives

• Partner with Product Marketing to support product launches and strategic marketing initiatives

• Develop launch plans and activation programs across marketing and SDR teams

• Coordinate execution across channels and functional teams

• Ensure launch objectives and milestones are achieved

Cross-Functional Orchestration

• Serve as the central orchestrator across Marketing, SDRs, Sales, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders

• Drive campaign planning processes, dependencies, and execution alignment

• Establish campaign briefs, success metrics, and post-campaign review processes

• Ensure teams are aligned on goals, KPIs, audience targeting, and expected outcomes

Measurement & Performance

• Monitor campaign and program performance across channels and funnel stages

• Conduct post-campaign analyses and recommend optimization strategies

• Partner with Marketing Operations to improve reporting, attribution, and campaign measurement

• Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes

AI-Enabled Marketing Execution

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign planning, content development, reporting, project

management, and execution workflows

• Improve team productivity and campaign effectiveness through AI-powered processes

• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and scale program execution

Who you are

• 6+ years of experience in integrated campaigns, demand generation, program management, or marketing operations

• Experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns

• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities

• Experience working with Marketing Operations, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Sales teams

• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign and program performance
