๐Ÿ” About Us

CorePlan is a Perth, Western Australia based tech startup shaking up the mining industry with a modern digital SaaS drilling management platform. We replace paper and spreadsheets with a seamless solution used by customers worldwide. Our mission is to advance digital drilling operations across mining, and our momentum is strong. We are a high-performing team of self-starters building the next generation of mining software, and we are expanding internationally.

๐Ÿ’ผ The Role

We are looking for a strategic and commercially sharp Regional Marketing Manager for the Americas to join our growing team. In this high-impact, generalist role, you will own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the region, bridging local market context with the capabilities of our HQ function. Based out of our Vancouver office, you will sit alongside a growing in-market revenue team - including a regional sales lead, account executives, customer success managers, and an events specialist.

You will act as the voice of the Americas, collaborating closely with the Marketing Team Lead in Perth across timezones to shape our international expansion. Because the Perth team handles creative production, content, and demand generation, you won't be doing everything yourself; instead, you will provide the critical regional intelligence, strategy, and cross-functional leadership that a team on the other side of the world cannot.

๐Ÿ“‹ Key Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and Execute GTM Strategy: Partner with the Marketing Team Lead to shape the Americas GTM strategy, mapping out the ideal customer profile (ICP), channel mix, messaging, and go-to-market calendar across NORAM and LATAM.

  • Build Brand Credibility: Own how CorePlan shows up and is positioned in the Americas, transforming a complex product into clear messaging that navigates regional competitive dynamics.

  • Drive Pipeline and Demand: Take full ownership of the Americas marketing contribution to influence pipeline dollars, briefing the Perth demand gen team on local context and campaign requirements.

  • Champion Customer Advocacy: Coordinate with the regional Customer Success team to uncover customer stories, building a pipeline of case studies to grow local referenceability.

  • Lead Field Marketing and Events: Direct our Vancouver-based events specialist on event selection and pipeline goals, making strategic decisions on sponsorships and industry associations.

  • Enable the In-Market Revenue Team: Build and maintain an easily accessible library of localized sales enablement tools (battlecards, localized collateral) so the local sales team can run fast without waiting on HQ.

๐Ÿซต You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • SaaS Experience: 7 to 10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with substantial time spent in field, regional, or GTM-focused roles.

  • Market-Building Track Record: Proven success building a brand from scratch in an underdeveloped market, with a strong understanding of the NORAM B2B buying cycle.

  • Revenue Mindset: A clear history of owning pipeline contribution as a core success metric, alongside proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.

  • High Autonomy: The ability to operate across timezones with a remote HQ, define problems, and progress the plan independently without waiting on instructions.

  • The "Nice-to-Haves": Experience in the mining, resources, or infrastructure technology sectors. Exposure to partner/channel marketing or Spanish/Portuguese language skills for the LATAM market is a significant plus.

๐ŸŽ Why Our Team Loves Working Here

  • High Impact & Real Autonomy: This is a pivotal role connecting two critical functions; you fully own the regional strategy and execution with the backing of a dedicated production team at HQ.

  • Collaborative & Fast-Paced: Work alongside an ambitious, close-knit revenue team in Vancouver while remaining deeply connected to a product-led startup team in Perth.

  • Vibrant Culture: Join a supportive, outcomes-driven global environment that values high drive, trust-building, and celebrating wins together.
