- Product launch or new indication experience preferred, endocrinology or metabolic disease a bonus

The Associate Director, HCP Promotional Marketing is a key member of the HCP Promotional Marketing Team, responsible for helping to lead the launch of the next product in the Endocrine portfolio through both branded and unbranded initiatives. This role shapes and executes U.S.-focused HCP marketing strategy, develops tactical plans grounded in data and field insights, and partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive HCP communications. The ideal candidate is a skilled promotional marketer with strong data literacy, an insight-driven approach, and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving launch.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the development and execution of the endocrine division strategy
- Leads the development and execution of branded and unbranded tactical plans
- Optimizes tactical plans based on qualitative and quantitative data and end-user utility (i.e. field feedback and call logging)
- Leverages insights from field intel, market trends, market research and advisors to formulate marketing approach
- Works as strong partner to all cross-functional teams - regulatory, legal, medical affairs, thought leader programming, digital & omnichannel, field sales, commercial training, commercial analytics, patient marketing - to ensure comprehensive approach to HCP communications
- Possess expert project manager and process manager skills, specifically for Commercial Review Team (CRT) and with agencies
- Clearly understands HCP Promotional Team goals, brand strategic imperatives, key objectives and competitive landscape, and contributes to the development of strategies
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:
- Experience supporting product launches, lifecycle management, or new indication launches preferred
- Endocrinology, metabolic disease, or related specialty therapeutic area experience a bonus
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Up to 25% domestic travel (location-based) or 30–35% (fully remote)
- Open to all locations. Role can be location-based (in office up to 3 days per week) or fully remote, with expected travel to office and meetings as needed
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 5-6+ years of progressive pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare commercial experience, including brand or franchise marketing
The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $172,200 - $227,900; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
