From the employer

About AIUC

Our mission is to underwrite superintelligence. We red-team, certify, and insure agents, e.g. ElevenLabs, UiPath, Intercom. Soon, agents will take on critical work in hospitals, banks and governments. This could create abundance - or go terribly wrong. History teaches us that standards and insurance are capitalism’s best tools for making risk legible and shaping incentives. We’ve built the gold standard for agent security & reliability, AIUC-1, with 100+ CISOs from the Fortune 1000. Our team comes from Anthropic, McKinsey, METR, Weights & Biases, Perplexity, Thiel Fellowship, etc. We've raised $55m from investors like Ribbit, First Harmonic and Nat Friedman. The role

You'll own AIUC's customer co-marketing and content engine: turning our certified customers into the proof points, stories, and thought leadership that build enterprise trust — and pull in the next hundred.

AIUC-1 is becoming the certification standard for AI agents. In the last three months we've certified the category leaders in every major AI vertical: ElevenLabs (voice), Intercom (customer service), UiPath (workflow automation), Lovable (coding), and a handful more we'll announce soon. ~200 Fortune 500 security leaders are part of our consortium, and the world's leading auditors are reaching out to become accredited. Your job is to package that demand into the proof points that compound.

Day to day, you'll work directly with AIUC founders and certified companies to tell their story — why they certified, how it builds enterprise trust — and turn it into case studies, customer social campaigns, joint webinars, and partner co-marketing. You'll draft founder and company thought leadership in the AIUC voice, own the marketing calendar (sequencing announcements and content), and run lightweight experiments on channels, formats, and messaging. This is a high-agency operator role working directly with the founders.

To be successful, we think you:

  • Write exceptionally well — you can take a complex technical or strategic idea and land it in structured, credible writing that moves enterprise decision-makers to action

  • Have enterprise taste: you know what matters to security leaders and can articulate it in their language

  • Can pick up and carry a founder / company voice, and hold a consistent brand of trust and positioning across everything you produce

  • Have run customer marketing end-to-end at a B2B SaaS or AI company selling to enterprise — case studies, customer advocacy, references, webinars, organic content — working closely with sales to translate closed-won into stories

  • Either operated at the founding-team layer of a high-growth company in a hands-on B2B/AI marketing role, or delivered as a top-tier consultant with real ownership of client outcomes

  • Bring structure, project management, and a bias to action — you coordinate customers and agencies without authority and ship

Compensation & perks

  • Annual salary as above

  • Equity is a significant part of total compensation, in addition to salary

  • Generous health, dental and vision insurance for you and your dependents

  • Visa sponsorship and relocation stipend to bring you to SF, if possible

  • A team dedicated to doing our lives’ best work.
