We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager - Webinars to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Achievers’ webinar and virtual event programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of demand generation, content, and operational excellence. In this role you will bring together compelling storytelling, scalable programming, and measurable pipeline impact.   You’ll own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our virtual programs, from shaping themes and building audience acquisition strategies to delivering high‑quality live experiences and maximizing on‑demand engagement. Along the way, you’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and content teams to turn each event into a repeatable engine for brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

How you'll shape Field Marketing at Achievers:

    Strategy and planning:
  • Develop a holistic Global webinar and virtual event strategy that supports demand generation targets in each region, North America, EMEA & APAC.
  • Develop a webinar forecast and plan for audience acquisition and sales conversions.
  • Work with partners and stakeholders to use AI for marketing assets, audience segmentation, performance analysis, and continuous optimization of registration, engagement, and pipeline conversion.
  • Deliver the Employee Recognition Masterclass Series including developing an audience acquisition strategy, platform management, and directing marketing operations requirements.
  • Manage webinar and virtual event website requirements while driving on-demand viewership globally, and guide the video marketing team in repurposing content into high-performing social and YouTube assets.
  • Collaborate with our speaker management specialist to support webinar guests.
  • Conduct industry research to stay updated on supplier offerings, competitive behavior and best practices to ensure that strategies remain competitive and innovative.
  • Event Management:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee a diverse mix of webinars and virtual events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, including marketing operations, copy, design, web and technical teams.
  • Manage external suppliers and agencies to scale workload and meet program standards.
  • Maintain video content library and work with stakeholders on edits and increased usage on the Achievers website and social media.
  • Attendee Experience:
  • Ensure webinar and virtual event platforms deliver a consistent and intuitive viewership experience for attendees. Quickly address any issues or concerns that arise during events, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with content team to deliver content that engages, educates and entertains while reflecting the company’s values.
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve attendee experiences and content impact on audiences.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work in an agile environment, respecting stakeholders required workback schedules and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event-specific promotional materials, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Collaborate with copy marketing and sales to align post-event outreach campaigns to maximize MQL/NIM conversion and drive pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed program calendar visible to all internal stakeholders and deliver internal communications to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Build relationships with key industry partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event quality and offerings.
  • Manage external suppliers and agencies to scale workload and meet program standards.
  • Metrics and Analysis:
  • Deliver predictably against forecast commitments for inquiry, MQL, and NIM.
  • Deliver programs with an efficient CPNIM.
  • Analyze post event data such as attendance rates, on-demand viewership, engagement levels, comments and feedback to identify monthly micro actions to consistently improve outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine future event strategies and tactics.

Experience we feel will set you up for success:

  • 3+ years of experience executing a high-volume of webinar and virtual events, including complex project management across multiple platforms, multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Successfully produced a wide range of webinars, virtual events, and short form videos. Tools you’ll use include: ON24, Splash, Outreach, Salesforce, Marketo, Vimeo.
  • You are an empathetic leader who knows how to motivate teams and mentor individuals to contribute to their highest potential
  • You are passionate and knowledgeable about break-through experience design and emerging event technology
  • You are an intellectually curious self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and use answers to bring clarity and direction to your greater team
  • You possess a deep working knowledge and experience with best-in-class digital event platforms and technology
