Collaborate closely with Scalable's Marketing teams to build features and tooling that enable them to launch bold and innovative client acquisition and engagement campaigns.

Conduct market and competitor research and review user feedback to develop Scalable's top-of-the-funnel product strategy and feature roadmap.

Liaise between your cross-functional software development, design and marketing teams to develop a technical feature roadmap that drives product adoption and growth, and supports Scalable's overall brand and product strategy.

Improve data collection on key engagement metrics and the client's user journey. Enable the marketing performance team to make data-driven decisions on user behaviour and improve segmentation.

Help optimize the client's onboarding user experience and conversion rates across all digital acquisition and communication channels, Scalable Capital's public website and the onboarding journey.

Collaborate with the mobile apps teams and other cross-functional teams to make Scalable's client experience the most engaging on the market.

Support the decision-making process to select the right 3rd-party tools for our analytics, CRM and content management efforts.
