Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position Performance Marketing Executive (PPC - SEM Specialist)  at the Thane location.

 

  • Perform daily account management on Google Ads or other search platforms
  • Understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creatives, Betas and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals for Google channels
  • Manage a team of around 3 people
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans
  • Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts
  • Be responsible for Team Growth and planning personal development programs for subordinates.
  • Are a tech graduate/MBA with experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC)Are passionate about Search and internet marketing
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent
  • Have the ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals
  • Have excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

  • Proven 2- 4 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC)
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads - Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, Youtube Ads and Google Analytics
  • The ability to think creatively, own things and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideal Candidate must have experience or running and optimizing Google & Facebook Ad campaigns for ed Tech/Education organizations. Must have atleast 2 years of experience.

Reasons of Rejections (Any Criteria Followed) | Deal Breakers | Parameters of Selection and Rejection:

  • The candidate must have only focused on Campaign Management, Google Ads & Meta Ads in the last 2 years
  • The candidate must have handled a monthly budget of at least 30-50 Lacs
  • The candidate must not have worked in Social Media or SEO in the last 2 years

 

Age criteria and Experience Criteria strictness

  • Age Criteria - No bar
  • Experience Criteria - At least 2 years of relevant experience of Google and Meta Ad Campaign Management


Any Targets for the position

  • Not exactly targets but performance will be measured on number of leads generated & ROAS
  • Other than Ed Tech Industry, which all industry can be taken into account
  • If not from edTech, the candidate must have good hands on experience of running Lead Gen Ads
