Job Description
- Build and train the community of campus ambassadors in Indian engineering colleges
- Evangelize the Skillenza community platform among the student community and create coding/data science clubs in Indian engineering colleges
- Run bounty programs for all hackathons and hiring customers among the student community
- Create Performance trackers for campus ambassadors and reward them accordingly.
- Engage with Campus ambassadors via chats and weekly calls.
- Build & maintain relationships with TPOs for promoting Activities.

Submissions are filtered, assessed and ranked in the Leaderboard using our automated evaluation system where shortlisting happens at scale and because it’s machine based, there is no necessity for human involvement making the curation faster and easier.
