Company Overview:

Snapbot Photobooths specializes in creating personalized, luxury photobooth experiences for events. We are looking for an Operations & CRM Manager to ensure smooth operations, premium setups, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Luxury Setup & Event Curation:
    Ensure photobooth setups are luxurious and tailored to client themes. Manage prop table design and event customization to meet high standards.

  • Event Operations:
    Oversee setup, operation, and teardown. Troubleshoot issues on-site and ensure smooth event execution.

  • Client Relationship Management (CRM):
    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Maintain client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.

  • Team Leadership:
    Train and manage Event Executives, ensuring quality control and smooth coordination. Take the lead on complex setups and special requirements.

  • Equipment & Logistics:
    Manage transportation, setup, and storage of all event equipment, ensuring everything is in place and operational.
