Key Responsibilities:
Luxury Setup & Event Curation:
Ensure photobooth setups are luxurious and tailored to client themes. Manage prop table design and event customization to meet high standards.
Event Operations:
Oversee setup, operation, and teardown. Troubleshoot issues on-site and ensure smooth event execution.
Client Relationship Management (CRM):
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Maintain client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
Team Leadership:
Train and manage Event Executives, ensuring quality control and smooth coordination. Take the lead on complex setups and special requirements.
Equipment & Logistics:
Manage transportation, setup, and storage of all event equipment, ensuring everything is in place and operational.
