About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager β Growth Marketing to join our fast-growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong background in building brands and driving growth in startup or early-stage B2B companies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of scaling marketing efforts, increasing brand awareness, and driving lead generation in a Series A funded B2B marketplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and market penetration.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of growth campaigns, focusing on digital marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing.
- Build and manage high-impact campaigns across digital channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing) to scale business growth.

Brand Building & Market Positioning
- Establish and enhance the companyβs brand presence in the market, crafting a compelling brand narrative that resonates with target customers.
- Manage and optimize the content strategy to increase brand engagement and align messaging with market needs.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion.

Data-Driven Growth & Analytics
- Use data and analytics to measure and analyze marketing performance and key growth metrics.
- Continuously optimize marketing campaigns, driving improvements in ROI, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Develop reports for the leadership team, providing insights on market trends, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities.

Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to align marketing efforts with business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and agencies to execute strategies, mentor team members, and ensure efficient execution of growth plans.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
β 5 to 8 years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record in startup or early-stage B2B environments.
β Postgraduate degree from a premier B-school (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields).
β Demonstrated experience in growing brands for Series A funded companies and scaling marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment.
β Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEM, SEO tools).
β Hands-on experience in growth hacking techniques, performance marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing strategies.
β Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for growth.
β Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a highly collaborative startup environment.
β Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
