As the Growth Hacker, you’ll be the driving force behind our B2C expansion. You’ll work as a one-person team to build awareness, drive traffic, convert users, and retain them. Once the department gains momentum, you’ll hire and lead a team to scale our B2C efforts. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives on taking ownership and delivering results.
Requirements
1. Experience: • 2+ years in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role with proven success in driving user acquisition and retention.
• Experience in the edtech space or with K12 teachers is a plus.
2. Skills: • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns. • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO tools, and marketing automation software. • Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills to design and execute innovative growth strategies.
3. Mindset: • Entrepreneurial spirit with a “get-things-done” attitude.
