work closely with our Performance Marketing Agencies and internal teams to
plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital platforms,
ensuring that each campaign contributes to the growth and success of our brand.

WHO YOU ARE
You’re a digital marketing strategist with a creative flair who understands the
power of data in shaping impactful campaigns. With over 5 years of experience,
especially in e-commerce and D2C marketing, you’re well-versed in managing
cross-platform digital campaigns, and you have a proven track record of driving
results. Your expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google
Analytics empowers you to make data-driven decisions that maximize performance.
You’re a self-starter,
detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can implement
new ideas and continuously improve results. You’re also passionate about
collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially content and performance marketing
agencies, to craft campaigns that are not only effective but resonate with our
audience.
YOUR TEAM
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work out of our vibrant
office in Mumbai, with occasional visits to other locations. Your role will
involve frequent collaboration with the Content team, the Performance Marketing
Agencies, and other internal teams to ensure marketing strategies are
seamlessly executed and aligned with the company’s broader goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital
Strategy Development: Partner with the Head of
Marketing to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and
establish KPIs that align with our business objectives.
- Campaign
Management: Lead digital campaigns with
our Performance Marketing Agencies across platforms such as Google, Meta,
Amazon, Swiggy, Zomato, and others.
- Content
Optimization: Work closely with the Content
team to ensure campaigns are cohesive, compelling, and optimized for
maximum impact. Regularly test and tweak campaigns for better performance.
- Website
& E-commerce Management: Oversee the optimization of
our website and online store, focusing on improving traffic, reducing
bounce rates, and boosting conversion rates.
- Analytics
& Reporting: Continuously monitor campaign
performance, analyze key data points, and provide actionable insights to
improve future campaigns and meet KPIs.
- Market
Research: Conduct in-depth research to
identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for
growth.
- Budget
Management: Help allocate and optimize
marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns and a strong ROI.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce
or D2C sectors.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency
in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google
Analytics.
- Strong
understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media strategies.
- Excellent
analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable
insights.
- Strong
communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
cross-functional teams.
- A
creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented
approach.
