Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager position is a full-time role located in North Delhi. As a junior-level position, we require candidates with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess SEO, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads skills (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in content marketing to create valuable, relevant content to attract and engage audiences.
- Proficient in email marketing for designing and implementing email campaigns to drive engagement.
- Knowledge of PPC advertising, focused on managing paid campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for managing customer relationships and marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in marketing automation to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to assess digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying marketing messages across various digital platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the academy.
- Enhance brand awareness within the digital space and drive website traffic and acquisitions.
- Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies, and develop digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage social media platforms, preparing engaging content to post on various channels.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, strategize and implement SEO/SEM efforts.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Creating innovative content for website, blogs, and other marketing channels to attract new potential clients.
- Coordinate with public relations and advertising teams to manage the brand's reputation and develop customer testimonials and case studies.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvement.
