We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to oversee and enhance our online presence across e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and other digital marketing avenues. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales, generating leads, and building brand visibility through innovative content, promotions, and strategic collaborations.
- Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Management
- Manage and update the companyβs website, including refreshing homepage visuals and banners regularly.
- Develop and implement promotional offers and seasonal campaigns.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute effective B2C email marketing campaigns, including content creation and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with agencies to maximize impact and manage other digital marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance company social listing pages for improved visibility and SEO.
- Photoshoots & Content Creation
- Assist in photoshoots, ensuring high-quality photos and videos for website and social media.
- Curate visuals and ensure alignment with brand identity for all digital platforms.
- Data Analytics & Competitive Analysis
- Use tools like Zoho Analytics and Excel to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Monitor competitorsβ online activities to identify trends and opportunities.
- Content Creation Excellence
- Develop compelling and creative content, including text, videos, and images, tailored for various platforms.
- Influencer Marketing & Freelance Collaboration
- Identify, connect, and cultivate relationships with social media influencers to promote brand initiatives.
- Source and evaluate freelance talent, ensuring quality and alignment with brand goals.
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute cold-calling strategies to generate and nurture leads.
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in content creation (text, video, and images).
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable business insights.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in influencer marketing and talent evaluation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of photography/videography is an advantage.
