Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social, content).
Perform audience segmentation and run targeted campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, generating data-driven insights and recommendations.
A/B test creatives, landing pages, and email flows to optimize conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements
Demonstrable hands-on experience across the digital marketing spectrum.
Proficiency in key tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email automation platforms).
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion optimization.
Ability to create compelling ad copy and marketing content.
No formal degree required; proven campaign success and ROI improvements are crucial.
