As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives. This mid-level role is ideal for a marketing professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who is passionate about generating qualified leads, optimising campaigns, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute and refine strategies that drive demand and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid media, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring seamless transitions between marketing and sales teams, and optimising lead scoring and qualification processes.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to create and promote high-value content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blogs) that resonates with our target audience and supports demand generation objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Regularly report on key metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and apply insights to refine campaign strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives on revenue growth.



Requirements

Β·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications in digital marketing is a plus.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Skills:
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience with digital marketing channels, including email, SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Account Engagement, Salesforce and Hubspot).
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in tracking and optimising campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to marketing challenges.
