Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture an online/offline community of importers, e-commerce entrepreneurs, and product enthusiasts.

  • Plan and host community-based learning events (webinars, workshops, Q&A sessions).

  • Engage with community members daily, answering questions, and facilitating conversations.

  • Gather feedback and insights from the community to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.

  • Track engagement metrics and report on community growth and sentiment



Requirements

  • Proven experience in community management, social media engagement, or similar roles.

  • Excellent communication skills for moderating discussions and creating engaging content.

  • Ability to organize events, manage digital platforms (Discord, Slack, Facebook Groups), and keep conversations on-brand.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce, import/export, or similar business models is a plus.

  • No formal degree required; passion for building relationships and delivering value to community members is paramount.
